Foursquare Penultimus is a 15-year-old single blended rum from the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados, released as part of the distillery’s Exceptional Cask Selection. It is bottled at 57% ABV in a 750 ml format. Fifteen years of maturation show in the depth of the pour: oak and caramel lead, followed by dried fruit and baking-spice warmth. The finish is smooth, with the layered character you would expect from a rum of this age and strength.
