Description
Foursquare Convocation 14 Year comes from Richard Seale’s Exceptional Cask Selections, the curated series of his personal projects. Distilled in Barbados on historic sugar plantation grounds, it spends 14 years maturing and is bottled at 62% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
The aroma leads with sweet molasses and vanilla, followed by hints of tropical fruit and spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, reflecting Seale’s approach to maturation and blending.
Convocation is released only when it meets Seale’s standards, and it carries the mark of a family that has been involved in rum production since the 1720s.
