Description
Fosforo Tobala is an artisanal mezcal made from Tobala agave and bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format. The single-varietal focus puts the character of the agave itself at the center of the spirit.
Production follows traditional methods, with the aim of letting the qualities specific to Tobala come through. The higher proof gives the complex, nuanced flavors room to show themselves in the glass.
On the nose and palate: smoke, herbs, and a delicate floral note, with mineral and citrus running underneath.
