Description
Fortaleza Tequila Blanco Still Strength is an artisanal masterpiece that embodies the authentic, unadulterated character of Tequila Valley agave. Crafted with utmost care at NOM 1493, this tequila’s traditional production process—cooking in stone/brick ovens, crushing with a stone tahona, open-air fermentation in wooden tanks, and distillation in small copper pot stills—contributes to its distinctive profile. Bottled at a robust 92 proof (46% ABV) directly from the still, this expression preserves its natural intensity and depth, honoring the legacy of tequila-making in Jalisco, Mexico. The hand-blown Mexican glass bottle completes its artisanal aesthetic.
