Batch #3 of Forbidden Small Batch Wheated Bourbon arrives at 47.6% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. Wheat stands in for rye in the mash, giving the whiskey a softer, rounder frame carried by vanilla and caramel, with oak spice filling in on the finish. The build pairs traditional Kentucky bourbon-making technique with a modern small-batch approach, from ingredient sourcing through barrel selection. The result is a measured, craft-focused wheated bourbon released in a numbered batch.
