Batch #2 of Filey Bay Yorkshire Single Malt carries a peated finish, layering smoke over the distillery’s malt character. Bottled at 48% ABV in a 700ml bottle, it sits on the coast side of the flavour spectrum. Expect coastal brine and maritime minerals alongside peat smoke, with a subtle sweetness running underneath. The result is a whisky with depth, where peat complexity and seaside influence hold each other in balance.
