Description
Fernet Contratto is an Italian fernet liqueur bottled at 750 ml. It follows the classic fernet tradition, with botanicals steeped and distilled to build the bitter, aromatic character the category is known for.
The profile is herbal and bitter, with anise and mint running through a complex spice backbone. The balance of botanicals gives it the depth associated with a traditional after-meal digestif, and it holds its own in craft cocktails.
