Description
Full Power, No Compromise
Fathertime The Caboose Empty Nester Strength Bourbon is the cask-strength sibling of The Caboose lineup — bottled at a commanding 121 proof for those who want their bourbon exactly as the barrel intended. Unapologetically bold and deeply complex, this 750ml expression is built for the serious enthusiast who refuses to water things down.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Intense vanilla, charred oak, and dark caramel with waves of dried cherry, clove, and toasted grain.
- Palate: Rich and powerful — brown sugar, black pepper, dark chocolate, and a surge of baking spice that coats the palate.
- Finish: Long, warming, and deeply satisfying with lingering oak, espresso, and a slow-building spice that refuses to quit.
