Fair Ginger builds ginger spice into a classic botanical gin base, bottled at 35% ABV in a 700 ml format. The lower proof keeps the spirit approachable, with citrus notes and herbal complexity running alongside the warming ginger character. The result is a gin that reads as contemporary botanical experimentation without abandoning traditional construction. It holds its own poured neat and works just as readily as the foundation of longer mixed drinks and inventive cocktail builds.
