Aged three years and bottled at 45% ABV, this 750 ml rye comes from Exclave Spirits’ small batch program. Working in limited runs lets the distillery keep a close eye on cask selection and how each barrel develops over time. The pour leans rye-forward, with grain spice and oak influence carrying a subtle sweetness underneath and a peppery finish. That spice-driven character suits rye-specific cocktails as readily as it does neat sipping.
