Real honey meets Kentucky straight bourbon in this 750 ml bottle from Evan Williams, bottled at 32.5% ABV. The result keeps familiar bourbon notes of vanilla, caramel and oak while natural honey sweetness rounds out the edges, leading to soft spice and a mellow finish. The lower proof makes it a gentler introduction for drinkers who want bourbon character without the bite. It works neat, over ice, or stirred into bourbon-based cocktails where a touch of sweetness fits.
