Description
Agaves grown to maturity in the central valley of Jalisco form the backbone of Etéreo Tequila Blanco. Once harvested, the piñas travel to a family-owned distillery in Amatitán, where traditional methods work alongside modern equipment to keep each run consistent from one bottling to the next.
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 700 ml format, this unaged expression is clean and clear on the palate, with cooked agave leading into citrus and vanilla before a touch of pepper spice closes things out. Balanced enough to drink neat, and structured enough to hold its own in cocktails.
