A collaboration between ESELO and blue-chip artist Sir Daniel K. Winn, marking the debut of his personal memoir, which inspired the feature film Chrysalis. His story is Born to Be Retold, as are the rich, balanced expressions of this bourbon, with warm notes of burnt sugar, candied pecan, and cinnamon spice.
PROCESS
Chrysalis Straight Bourbon is a single barrel bourbon whiskey made from fine corn, barley, rye, and wheat and aged for six years on new charred American oak.
FLAVOR PROFILE
A rich balanced expression. Light cinnamon and toasted oak on the nose, with warm burnt sugar, candied pecan, and baking spices on the pallet.
