Description
Made entirely from wild Dasylirion harvested in the southern highlands of Oaxaca, this small-batch sotol comes from the 2021 limited edition release. The nose and palate lean green and aromatic, with oregano, lemon balm and mint running through the spirit alongside a clear mineral thread from the mountain terrain.
At 48% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it stays balanced and smooth in texture, finishing silky with the subtle details that come from careful, hands-on production. It works neat or as the backbone of craft cocktails built around traditional Oaxacan spirits.
