The wine is 100% Xarel·lo, made by the ancestral method with the wine spending 9 months on its lees in bottle before disgorgement. Closed under cork. They farm using a lunar-calendar approach with permaculture principles.
Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Piripi Ancestral by Entre Vinyes, but we hear it has notes of green apple, citrus, white flower and a fine textured lees lift.
