Production details of Petillant Rosé Frizzante: Petillant Rosé Frizzante is made by Maria Barrena and Pep Tort Montserrat at Entre Vinyes in Penedès, Catalonia. The blend is Xarel·lo and Grenache. Made by the ancestral method (Pet Nat), bottled before fermentation completes to finish in bottle for natural sparkle. Made under permaculture and a lunar-calendar approach. No added sulphur.
Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Petillant Rosé Frizzante by Entre Vinyes, but we hear it has notes of red apple, strawberry, citrus and a fresh saline lift.
