Description
Distilled in Oaxaca from espadin agave, Emigdio Jarquin Mezcal Vago Espadin follows long-standing artisanal methods from roast through fermentation and distillation. Bottled at 50.8% ABV in a 750 ml format, it is a joven mezcal left unaged so the agave itself stays front and center.
The profile leads with cooked agave and wood smoke, backed by earthy depth, a lift of citrus and herbaceous spice through the finish. It reflects the straightforward, hands-on style of Oaxacan mezcal production.
