Description
Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Small Batch B522 is bottled uncut and unfiltered at 60.5% ABV, with no reduction after maturation. This 750 ml release presents the bourbon at full barrel strength, the way it came out of the wood.
Extended maturation shapes each batch, so every barrel proof release carries its own character. The B522 batch leans on the deeper side of bourbon flavor, with weight and heat that stay present from the first sip through the finish.
