Description
Cask Edit brings together selected barrels of peated Islay single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 700 ml format. The blending approach puts the island’s smoke and coastal character at the centre, with the cask selection shaping how those elements come together in the glass.
Peat smoke leads, backed by maritime minerals, seaweed and iodine, while citrus notes run underneath and the finish turns spiced. It reads as a sturdy Islay malt that still holds its balance, built on long-standing island distilling practice.
