Part of El Tesoro’s Mundial Collection, this añejo spends time in straight rye casks from Knob Creek, letting cereal spice settle into the agave base. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. The rye influence shows up as peppery spice alongside aged agave, with vanilla, oak and chocolate filling out the finish. A collaborative, limited edition that applies an experimental maturation approach to a traditionally made tequila.
