El Septimo XO Signature Cognac is part of the Magnificent 7 collection, a limited-edition release built on a blend of younger XO cognacs selected to deliver a lustrous oak character alongside bright fruit and mature depth. The cognac was selected from Comandon Cognac, a house established in 1821, for La Maison Younan, and carries the XO designation under current BNIC rules, meaning every component has aged a minimum of ten years.
The cognac opens with a deep amber color and a nose of apples and fresh-cut flowers that unfolds into caramel. On the palate it shows a rich texture, with raisins, toffee and almonds layered against a bright orange-marmalade zest. The finish is gentle, returning to young almonds and fresh-cut flowers for a long, aromatic close.
