Description
El Mayor Extra Añejo 25th Anniversary is a special release marking 25 years of the brand, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. It is a premium aged tequila built on extended barrel aging, which gives the spirit its rich color and complex character.
Time in wood shows through in the glass: oak and caramel lead, followed by agave sweetness, vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. The result is smooth, with clear oak influence and sophisticated flavor development.
The source listing notes it as a tequila for sipping neat or for use in classic tequila cocktails.
