Made in Mascota, Jalisco, El Lobo de la Sierra Raicilla Joven Los Jacales comes from a spirit-making tradition specific to the region. Distilled from agave and bottled unaged at 44.6% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it leans herbaceous and earthy. The joven style leaves the spirit clear and unrested, so the agave arrives up front alongside peppery spice and a mineral, soil-driven edge. It’s a straightforward look at what the region’s agave and methods put in the glass.
