Description
Bottled straight off the still at 54.5% ABV, El Gran Legado Blanco Still Strength skips the dilution step entirely. This unaged blanco sees minimal barrel contact, leaving the agave and the strength of the distillate at the center of the 750 ml bottle.
The palate is driven by intense agave, with white pepper, herbaceous notes and a citrus edge leading to a robust finish. Full distillation proof makes it a pour for tequila drinkers who want raw agave character, and it holds its own in bold cocktails.
