Description
Eifel Whiskey Peated Rye Whisky 2021 Edition is a German rye whiskey bottled at 46% ABV in a 700 ml format. Peat smoke is introduced to the rye base, giving the spirit a distinctive character and an unusual degree of complexity.
The nose and palate carry peat smoke alongside rye spice, with subtle oak and earthy undertones running underneath. The finish is warming.
A limited edition release that shows the distillery exploring flavor boundaries while holding on to the structure that defines a quality rye, pairing Old World distilling tradition with a more inventive approach to spirit production.
