Bottled at 46% ABV in a 750 ml format, Egans Fortitude is an Irish single malt built around classic malt character. Orchard fruits and a thread of spice run through the palate, closing on a warm finish. The Fortitude name points to the whiskey’s sturdy frame, which holds up whether it is poured neat or used as the base of an Irish whiskey cocktail. Traditional distillation sits alongside a more modern approach to craft.
