Eden Mill Bourbon Cask Single Malt is a Scottish single malt whisky matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV in a 700 ml format. The bourbon-cask maturation shapes a rich vanilla and oak character that sits alongside classic malt depth. On the palate and nose, expect malt grain, vanilla oak and caramel, with a touch of light spice and a warm finish. A well-crafted expression from Eden Mill for those who look for straightforward bourbon-cask influence in a single malt.
