Dos Hombres Tobala Joven is an unaged mezcal made from wild Tobala agave and bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. The joven style keeps the spirit’s fresh, vibrant character intact, with no time spent in wood.
Traditional production, including wood-fired roasting of the agave, shapes the profile from the start. Tobala brings herbal complexity and subtle fruit notes, giving this bottling a distinctive character.
The nose and palate show roasted agave, smoke, herbs, citrus and a mineral earthiness that reflects the artisanal methods behind it.
