Description
Made in Amatit\u00e1n, Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber agave, this blanco comes from maestro tequilero Julio Cova, a craftsman with 40 years behind him. The spirit is distilled twice, passing through both copper and stainless steel, and bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format that shows clean, bright clarity.
The nose leads with cooked agave, followed by a light touch of black pepper. On the palate, delicate citrus undernotes carry light lime and orange zest, with hints of orange blossom and a suggestion of toasted cinnamon. The texture is velvety, and the finish runs long and balanced. It took more than a year of work between the founding partners and Cova to arrive at this expression.
