Made in Jalisco, Mexico, Dos Artes Reposado Clásico follows time-honored tequila production from start to finish. Mature blue agave is slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens so its natural sugars develop fully before fermentation and distillation. Time in barrel then rounds the spirit out, leaving a 40% ABV reposado in which fresh agave character and measured oak sit side by side in this 1 L bottle.
The nose opens with cooked agave carrying light caramel and vanilla drawn from the barrel. The palate is smooth and balanced, showing sweet agave, mild oak, and a touch of spice before settling into a soft finish that lingers. It is a straightforward expression of classic methods and the heritage behind Mexican tequila-making.
