Time in oak shapes Don Valente Reposado, where cooked agave meets vanilla, caramel and a restrained note of wood. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, it keeps the agave clear on the palate while the barrel adds roundness and a smooth finish. Softer than a blanco but still recognizably agave-forward, this reposado works poured neat when you want gentle wood warmth, and it holds its shape in mixed drinks that call for a balanced tequila.
