Description
Don Ramon Mezcal Joven Salmiana is built around the Salmiana agave variety, a plant whose character comes through clearly in the glass. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
As a joven expression, it sees no extended aging, so the fresh, vibrant side of the agave stays front and center, with its natural herbaceous and fruity qualities open to immediate appreciation.
- Aroma and taste: herbal, citrus, cooked agave
- Mineral notes through the middle
- Clean finish
