Don Pilar Blanco is an unaged tequila bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. Without time in wood, the spirit shows the character of the agave itself, clean and direct. The nose and palate lead with fresh agave, followed by bright citrus and herbaceous notes. The palate stays clean through to a peppery finish. A straightforward blanco for anyone interested in the foundational style of tequila.
