Don Julio A\u00f1ejo begins with blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, then spends eighteen months resting in American white-oak barrels. That time in wood softens the spirit and builds a rich, layered character: caramel and quiet vanilla lead the way, with oak underneath and faint touches of tropical fruit and spice.
Bottled at 80 proof in a 1.75 L format, it drinks smoothly neat or over ice, and holds its own in a Margarita, Paloma or Tequila Sunrise. It also works as a tequila gift or as an addition to a home collection, carrying the mark of Mexican craftsmanship in every pour.
