Description
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, Don Felix Plata skips the barrel entirely. Without time in wood, the blue agave stays front and center: agave sweetness, citrus, a touch of white pepper and a green herbal edge, closing clean and bright.
The 80-proof strength keeps the spirit assertive without turning sharp, so it works on its own or as the tequila base in a mixed drink. This is the blanco style in its plainest form, showing what the agave brings before any aging enters the picture.
