Description
Cinsault 2022 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Rhone region in . This red wine is made with 100% grapes, as the name implies.
We have not yet tried this wine as got very little, so saving it for customers. What we can say is it looks VERY JUICY. The transparent glass is almost stained, so we expect a bit of a rich and fruity approach!
We read it is from thirty-year-old vines on a 15-acre plot of clay-limestone soil with a touch of sand and based with Southwest exposure. Very low yields of 17 hl/ha.
100% destemmed, 4 weeks of maceration.
ONE PER ORDER.
NOTE: DRINK WITH COMPANY IN ONE SITTING, as unlikely to hold overnight.
