Françoise Paradise is a unique sparkling natural wine crafted by , in the Beaujolais region in . The reason this red wine is special, is because it is made with 98% grape and actually 2% raspberry juice for extra flavour!
On the nose, the raspberry comes through and then some volatile acidity keeping it perky and vibrant. On the palate the just 2% raspberry stays dominant and makes it very different. There is a touch of sweetness, which works well making this a cool, totally unique wine unlike any other. Not for all no, but pretty damn fun for those seeking something different!
