La Corvée Aux Moines 2023 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Burgundy region in . This white wine is made with 90% grapes, and from what we know, a little splash of 10% Pinot Blanc as well !
The grapes are grown on calcareous-clay in Saint-Aubin in the Côte D’Or and fermented with indigenous yeasts in fiberglass and aged on the lees for 7 months prior to bottling.
Tasting in September 2026, the nose is rich with white flowers, apples and pears with a lively lean palate that is mineral driven and finishing with a touch of mild pineapple and honey, and this wine will also age well too. An awesome wine especially for the pricepoint!!
is an iconic estate situated in the heart of Burgundy. Formally run by Dominique Derain, after his retirement in 2016, Julien Altaber and Carole Schwab took over the estate but Julien was already working there for many years before as Dominique’s right hand man, as well as operating their own Sextant wine project.
