Gevrey Chambertin ‘En Vosne’ 2021 is a red wine by , which is made with old vine grapes grown on clay-silt and limestone soils. The grapes are partially destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts for 3 weeks. It is then aged in oak and on the lees for 24 months prior to bottling. We have yet to taste this vintage but hear it has a beautiful nose of ripe black cherries, raspberries and distinctive earthiness, with a palate that structured yet refined with a lingering finish!
