Savagnin Terres Bleues 2023 is a natural wine by Domaine de la made in Arbois, Jura with 100% grapes, which are grown on blue marl soils of their plots “Petit Curoulet” and “la Chenaillotte”. Partially aged in Qvevri, as well as old large Foudre barrels, in typical Ouillé topped up style. No added sulphites
Nice flinty reduction, lemon pith bursts, wet stone aspects and a creamy, peppery touch too! We suggest to carafe for 30 minutes to allow the nose the develop. This is a beautiful expression of Jura Savagnin we really love.
