Description
Les Moulins 2022 is a creamy yet fresh, natural white wine crafted by , in Arbois, Jura .
This slightly reductive white wine which is aged for 18 months in barrel is made with a blend of 70% and 30% grapes grown on blue marl soils, which were co-fermented together resulting in an absolute BOMB of flavour after a little air to reduce the reduction that includes big notes of lime zest, thyme, wet stone, vanilla and white pepper.
ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL!!!
