Description
Cotes a Cotes 2023 is an interesting natural wine crafted by , in Arbois, in the Jura region in . This red wine is made with a blend of 30% and 70% grapes, which is made in a carbonic method bringing out big fruit and less tannin.
It is aged in Qvevris, and the previous vintage had a pleasant reduction on it leading to a strawberry cordial, thyme and bubble gum vibe. There is a little tannic grip, but the very carbonic aspect gives it a unique dimension. REALLY AWESOME! We expect great things from this 2024 too!
