Plous’saperlipopette 2023 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Jura region in . This 11% red wine is made with grapes, and features a mild reduction, which swiftly blows off and reveals nice sour cherry touches, mild spice and vanilla amongst a little herbal twist.
Delicious! And will be even better with a quick carafe and some air, as most wines 😉

We filmed the wonderful Julien Maréschal in Pupilin, Jura. Here he discusses the importance of Vin Jaune to him personally, as well as the various soil types he works with and how he came to make wine in Pupillin, which was always a place dear to his heart. Turned out he is quite the musician as well as a master winemaker too!
