Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, nine months of ageing on the fine yeast in large Stockinger barrels.  We have not yet tried this wine, but hear from the importer that “The otherwise playfully fragrant fruit of the Muscat is dressed up with subtle finesse in the Coeur de L’Esprit blanc. Dry clarity, delicate aromas, mineral corset. “
