Dom Pérignon Vintage Plénitude 2 2004 is a Champagne held back for a second stage of expression. After close to 15 years in the darkness of the cellar, the wine reaches what the house calls Plénitude 2, the point at which its expansion of energy peaks.
The result is a Champagne of essential, radiant vitality, with the character of the 2004 vintage singing out higher and clearer. The palate is balanced, with a smooth texture and subtle notes that reflect the craftsmanship behind it.
Bottled at 750 ml, 12.5% ABV.
