Description
DOC Swinson’s Bourbon Alter Ego 114.6 represents a pinnacle of blending and finishing artistry. This bourbon undergoes an intricate process of blending and finishing in a variety of casks, including Oloroso Sherry, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, and Cognac barrels. This meticulous approach aims to enhance and layer the flavors while preserving the essence of the bourbon itself. The final product is then married in ex-Cognac foeders, imparting a unique profile with a dry nuttiness, subtle sweetness, and a long, nuanced finish. Bottled at a robust 114.6 proof (57.3% ABV), this bourbon showcases both complexity and boldness.
