The fifth release in Dingle Distillery’s evocative Wheel of the Year Series, this single malt pays homage to that mystical turning point of the seasons, capturing the warmth and reflection found in the heart of winter.
Matured initially in carefully selected bourbon casks and then finished in Tawny Port casks, the whiskey weaves together classic Irish elegance with rich, festive depth. The result is a beautifully rounded single malt that mirrors the spirit of the solstice: comforting, contemplative, and glowing with quiet richness.
