Description
The Signature 25 Year Old is the Dewar family’s blend of more than 40 grain and single malt whiskies, each matured for at least 25 years before being brought together. The marriage is transferred into specially chosen oak casks for a six-month double-aging period that rounds out the blend.
A further step sets this 25-year-old expression apart: the whisky is moved into freshly disgorged Royal Brackla casks for an additional stretch of finishing. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it carries warm, complex notes of oak, spice and dried fruit with a smooth, lingering close.
