Description
Desert Door Conservation Series #3 Pollinator is a Texas sotol bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format. The expression is built around sotol, a desert succulent, and is part of a conservation-focused bottling that supports pollinator habitat initiatives.
The profile leads with sotol spice, joined by desert botanicals and an herbal complexity that runs through the spirit. It is a straightforward reflection of its source plant and the landscape it comes from.
This release shows how spirits production can align with ecological responsibility and regional authenticity, reflecting the distillery’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
