Bottled at 48% ABV, this 750 ml blanco from Delantero leads with cooked agave and a clear run of white pepper. The higher proof keeps everything sharply defined rather than soft. Lime and a firm mineral streak follow through the finish, giving the tequila enough backbone for cocktail work while staying detailed enough for drinkers who want agave front and center.
